BERLIN - A conversation on parking in Berlin during last week's Berlin Planning Commission meeting revealed strong support for the necessity of more parking, but little in the way of action to achieve that goal. OCEAN CITY - A second batch of retired New York City 'Red Bird' subway cars are expected to find a permanent home off the coast of Ocean City this weekend, possibly as soon as tomorrow, when 46 of the cars will be dropped at one of two possible locations on the growing artificial reef system. OCEAN CITY - The bus might not be stopping for Camp Horizon campers next summer.
