Decatur Golfers Remain Unbeaten
BERLIN- Stephen Decatur’s varsity golf team remained unbeaten this week, beating a tough field of Bayside opponents at Nassawango to improve to 7-0 on the season.
Fresh off its victory in the annual Battle of Berlin against neighborhood rival Worcester Prep, the Seahawks returned to conference action last week and came out on top with a low team score of 173. Andrew Urban and Matt Ruggiere led Decatur, each shooting a round of 40 to share first place. Washington High was second, finishing with a team score of 180.
