Worcester Prep Freshman Kathryn O’Malley, who studies at the Seaside Dance Academy, had the opportunity this summer to travel to New York City to take classes at New York City Dance Alliance (NYCDA) and The Dance Awards. She finished the week with a scholarship from NYCDA and performed in the closing number of The Dance Awards at the Beacon Theater. She is pictured with renowned choreographer Mandy Moore.
