BERLIN- Decatur’s varsity golf team remained unbeaten early on in the 2012 season, winning a Bayside South match on Tuesday afternoon at the Ocean Pines Golf and Country Club.
The Seahawks shot a match-low team score of 163. Joe Iacona and Matt Ruggiere each shot a tournament-low nine-hole round of 40 and shared first-place medals with Chase Benton of Washington High. Washington finished second in the match with a team score of 187, while Parkside was third with a team score of 224.
