Margaret Yates, President of the Board of Directors of Worcester County G.O.L.D. (Giving Others Lives Dignity), recently accepted a check from Kiwanis Club of Greater Ocean Pines-Ocean City Priority One Chair Jim Spicknall at the June 13 weekly meeting. Local Youths Heading To Tenn. For Appalachia Service Project

Local youth and their adult advisors who are part of the Appalachia Service Project will soon be heading to Clinton, Tenn. where they will spend a week working on homes in the area. The trip is co-sponsored by Community Church of Ocean Pines and Wilson and Zion United Methodist Churches of the Bishopville Charge.
