The Berlin Youth Club celebrated with the graduating class of Berlin’s Head Start program. Representatives of the Club were on site to promote Berlin’s free summer programs for youth ages 3-11. Programs take place throughout the summer for residents who live within Town limits. Na’Yel Camper is pictured with Melanie Windsor, youth project coordinator of the Berlin Youth Club. Easter Seals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore Community Relations Coordinator Leslie Gale accepts the annual $1,000 donation from Ocean City/Berlin Rotary Club President Arlan Kinney. In addition to their annual donation, the Ocean City/Berlin Rotary Club volunteers spend a weekend at the Easter Seals Camp Fairlee to clean up and landscape the camp in preparation for the season.

Atlantic General Hospital is again the recipient of the proceeds from Worcester Preparatory School’s second grade bread sale. Each year the second grade classes at Worcester Prep work on a special learning and community service project called Kids Bread. Students learn about math, science, social studies, writing, art and marketing during the project.
