Pam and Macky Stansell, owners of Macky’s Bar and Grill, have donated $7,500 to the Ocean City Lions’ 6th Annual “Wounded Warriors” Golf Tournament, which is happening on Oct. 5 at the Ocean City Golf Club. The Stansells have financially supported the tournament from its inception.

Brownie Troop 1206 recently donated $500, two-thirds of its 2011 cookie proceeds, to the Red Cross to be used
for Japan and Haiti relief. Madeleine Kiesewetter first mentioned the idea to her mother and troop leader when they were watching some of the footage of the Japan disaster.
