The Carousel Hair Company was said to be the “in” salon on the beach, for both men and women.
Surf fishing was enjoyed along the majority of the Atlantic Ocean beaches and many had successful catches of blues, kingfish, trout and rockfish.
Both locals and tourists enjoyed the relaxing and fun clubs at Ocean Pines. The clubs offered a variety of recreational facilities for the entire family, ranging from golf, tennis, swimming, dining, boating, an equestrian center and more.
The Brass Ring Nightclub was Ocean City’s newest night club, with generous drinks and live entertainment for listening and dancing.
Café des Crepes had the finest cocktails and wines, along with a pleasing restaurant and shoppe.
