Volunteer Services Manager for the Worcester County Department of Human Resources Guest Speaker At Kiwanis Club Meeting

Kelly Brinkley, Volunteer Services Manager for the Worcester County Department of Human Resources, was the guest speaker on Aug. 19 at the Kiwanis Club of Greater Ocean Pines-Ocean City meeting.  She spoke about volunteerism, but especially the initiative of Maryland Governor Larry Hogan supporting “Day To Serve”.  Pictured, from left, are Kiwanis Programs and Speakers Chair J.
