In the 4v4 League, the Bull Assassins won the championship after battling back through the loser’s bracket after a first round loss. The Bull Assassins lost to ES Elite in the first round, but then won two games in the loser’s bracket to earn another shot at the championship. The Bull Assassins had to beat ES Elite twice to win the championship and accomplished the feat.
A similar scenario played out in the 5v5 League with the East Side Mafia battling back from an early loss to claim the championship. ESM beat ES Elite, but then lost to the Bull Assassins. In the loser’s bracket, ESM beat ES Elite, then had to beat the Bull Assassins twice to win the 5v5 title.
