Snow Hill Graduate Katie Cherrix Named Jesse Klump Memorial Scholar

Snow Hill High graduate Katie Cherrix was named the Jesse Klump Memorial Scholar at the school’s Graduate Awards Night. The scholarship, valued at $12,000, is given to a Snow Hill High senior who has demonstrated a high level of character and service to others.  Pictured, from left, are Cherrix; Kim Klump, president of the Jesse Klump Memorial Fund; and Tara Cuplin, Snow Hill High School faculty member who nominated Cherrix.
