OCEAN CITY — The 4th Annual Ravens Ocean City Beach Bash, presented by Miller Lite, kicked off in Ocean City yesterday and will run through Sunday.
Join Ravens players, cheerleaders, playmakers, band, mascots and talent from 98Rock and Miller Lite as they turn Ocean City into Ravenstown for the weekend.
Organized activities will include – but are not limited to – the Ocean City Purple Friday Caravan, live broadcasts with 98Rock, bar crawls, the Annual Ravens Roosts parade, a bonfire and tailgate party at the Clarion Resort Fontainebleau Hotel.
On Friday morning, Bacon and Beer will be presented by Miller Lite at the Original Greene Turtle in north Ocean City from 6-10 a.m. In addition, 98 Rock will be broadcasting live from the Greene Turtle in West Ocean City from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
Cruise around West Ocean City with the Ravens Playmakers on the Miller Lite Beach Bash Bar Crawl on Friday, May 29 from 1-6 p.m. You can jump on a bus that will bring participants around to West Ocean City bars, the Greene Turtle, Hooters, Full Moon Saloon, Sunset Grille, Crab Alley and Harborside.
From 3-7 p.m. on Friday, 98 Rock will broadcast live from the Clarion Hotel. From 4-6 p.m. on Friday, Coca-Cola’s Get the Ball Rolling Football Clinic will be held at Northside Park Clinic is open to 8- to 15-year-olds. Special appears from Poe the mascot and Ravens cheerleaders are planned. There will be five stations for the camp focused on different skills. Call 410-250-0125 to register.
Other activities on Friday include Ride with the Ravens at Jolly Roger on 30th Street from 7-9 p.m. and a live broadcast from 98 Rock at Dead Freddie’s Island Grill presented by Miller Lite that night as well.
On Saturday, a Purple Plunge, hosted by the Ravens Nest, will be held at 18th Street from 7:45-8:45 a.m.
The Ravens Roost Parade will take from 19th Street to 26th streets along Baltimore Avenue from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
From noon-5 p.m. will be the Ravens Beach Bash presented by Miller Lite at the Clarion, featuring a flag football tournament, beach volleyball, a clinic from 2-3 p.m. with volleyball professionals and a number of beach games.
From 2-6 p.m. there will be bar visits with playmakers at Macky’s, Bull on the Beach, Pickles Pub, The Crab Bag and Cowboy Coast Cantina.
A finale party will be hosted by Fish Tales from 7-10 p.m. Ravens Light the Night will be held from 7-10 p.m. on the beach at the Clarion Hotel featuring a laser light show, live music and a bonfire.
