Community Foundation Awards $5,000 Community Needs Grant To Seton Center

The Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore (CFES) awarded a $5,000 Community Needs Grant to Seton Center, Catholic Charities, Inc. to support a prisoner reentry case management pilot program at the Seton Center.
