Company Joins Network

OCEAN CITY — Condominium Realty announced that last year it selected dotloop, a real estate transaction network, to set the new standard for customer experience and running a better business in the Ocean City resort area.

Dotloop is an online transaction network that connects people, documents and tasks in one place so that everyone involved in a transaction can work better together to get deals done. Condominium Realty has been using dotloop to allow its agents and their clients to work more collaboratively and efficiently – at any time and from any location.

One of Condominium Realty’s first dotloop transactions using the dot loop system involved a buyer electronically reviewing and signing a contract while they were on the Ocean City beach.

“We chose dotloop because of the ease of use, security and unique way dotloop brings people together. It’s all about people work, and for us, people work is about helping our agents provide the best experience for their clients and gaining real time intelligence into our business,” said Condominium Realty Broker Mark Fritschle. “Using dotloop across our company enables a much more productive way to execute, manage, and grow real estate transactions, as well as deliver a delightful and satisfying experience for our customers and clients.”

By eliminating physical documents with dotloop and moving the transaction process online, Condominium Realty has created a superior client experience for its thousands of buyers and sellers. Condominium Realty agents simply invite their clients and all necessary parties to a “loop” using collaborative documents needed to complete the transaction – without faxing, scanning, printing or using multiple technologies. On average, dotloop saves up to 10 hours per transaction; deals are closed 40 percent faster; and the improved communication and clarity results in more deals reaching the closing table, according to the company.
