The Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore (CFES) awarded a $4,000 Community Needs Grant to the Charles H. Chipman Foundation to support a Masters Piece performing artist guild for 2015 cultural performances. Pictured, from left, are Kimberly Clark-Shaw, Project Director, Charles H.
