OCDC Plans Free Walking Tour

OCEAN CITY — In recognition of Community Development Week across Maryland during the week of Oct. 20-27, the Ocean City Development Corporation (OCDC) will be hosting a free walking tour of downtown Ocean City on Friday, Oct. 24 starting at 9:30 a.m. from the OCDC office at 108 Dorchester Street in downtown Ocean City.

OCDC Executive Director Glenn Irwin will lead the walking tour.  The history of Ocean City, downtown revitalization efforts and public art projects will be highlighted.  This walking tour is open to the public.

The walking tour will cover about one mile in length and last about 75 minutes.  Participants should wear comfortable walking shoes and dress appropriately for weather.

Attendance in this walking tour will be capped at 25 people so please contact the OCDC office at 410-289-7739 to reserve your spot.  For any other questions please contact the OCDC.  The OCDC is a non-profit organization charged with revitalizing downtown Ocean City.
