June 21: Teach A Kid To Fish Day

9-11 a.m., South Gate Pond, near the Sports Core pool, Ocean Pines. Sponsored by the Ocean Pines Anglers Club. Kids of all ages will be taught fishing skills, casting techniques, knot trying, fish handling, bait and lure selection. DNR will be on hand to advise on fishing regulations. Please bring your own rod and reel. Beverages and bait will be provided by the OP Angler Club for those who wish to stay and practice. Parents and grandparents are invited to attend and assist.
