Guest speaker will be Dr. Kevin Chu, who has worked for the National Marine Fisheries Service for 20 years and is the head of the new “Stakeholder Engagement Division” of the Greater Atlantic Regional Fisheries Office. He will speak about lessons learned by the National Marine Fisheries Service at the recent Recreational Fishing Summit and plans buy his office to increase efforts to connect with recreational fishermen.
