Salisbury University senior Emily Lembo has earned a prestigious Fulbright English Teaching Assistant (ETA) grant to travel to South Korea for the 2014-15 academic year. The U.S. Department of State exchange program places recipients in schools overseas to supplement English language instruction and provide a native speaker in classrooms.  A New York native who moved to Salisbury with her family in 2007, Lembo earned her bachelor’s degree in English with a concentration in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from SU this spring. She is SU’s first Fulbright ETA grant recipient and will leave in July.
