Ocean City Elementary School Holds Red Ribbon Week Activities

Ocean City Elementary School recently held Red Ribbon Week activities. One activity the student body participated in was the “OCES Jump Wave”. During the Jump Wave, all students did one minute of continuous jumping jacks simultaneously followed by a heart-rate check. Students have been learning how to monitor their heart-rate during exercise while in physical education classes. Submitted Photos
