Buckingham Elementary School Students Use STEM Skills To Build/Construct Houses

Buckingham Elementary School students Garv Patel, Kassidy Hynes, Andre Andrews and Anthony Burke in first grade used STEM skills to build/construct houses. As part of the “Design Dilemma” unit, students read the story “The 3 Little Pigs” and discussed house design, building materials and structural concepts. Students were then given materials to construct their own house to withstand wind and other destructive forces.
