The Ocean City Lacrosse Classic hosted 115 teams last month. Four of those teams were part of the newest addition to the tournament called The Rolling Surf division. Eleven months ago, tournament director, Bob Musitano was approached by Mark Flounlacker with a request for the 2013 tournament to add a wheelchair division. Players from San Diego, Denver, Richmond and the Baltimore area descended on Ocean City for two days of games and fellowship. Wheelchair Lacrosse USA received generous contributions from local business owners to continue its work to promote the adaptive sport and bring the athletes back to Ocean City for the 2014 tournament.
