Bank Promotions

BERLIN — Raymond M. Thompson, President and CEO of Calvin B. Taylor Banking Company in Berlin, recently announced three promotions.

Darlene Herrmann was promoted to Operations Supervisor of the bank’s East Berlin office. Herrmann has been employed with Taylor Bank since June of 2001. She was formerly the team leader of the 142nd Street location.

Jamie Hill was promoted to Operations Supervisor of the bank’s Snow Hill office. Hill came to Taylor Bank in September of 2011 and has 14 years of banking experience. Most of her time was spent with Mercantile Peninsula and most recently a former Branch Operations Manager for Shore Bank.

Lee I. Chisholm was promoted to Loan and Business Development Officer of the Southern Worcester County and Eastern Shore Virginia areas. Chisholm was formerly the Branch Manager of the bank’s Snow Hill office. His office will remain in the Snow Hill location. He has been employed by Taylor Bank since March of 2006.

Company Leaders Honored

OCEAN CITY — The Mark Fritschle Group of Condominium Realty, LTD. recently held its June sales meeting with Lee Trice outlining to the Realtors in attendance how they could help in the appraisal process for their customers and clients.

Two new members of The Mark Fritschle Group of Condominium Realty were announced as well. Sarah Delligatti and Lindsey Correa have joined Condominium Realty so that they can concentrate on better serving their customers and clients and building their business by being associated with the top real estate office in the area. Also announced were the company’s sales, settlement and listing leaders for May 2013.

Top listing agents by unit were Sheri Smith, Wayne Phillips and tied for third Kim McCabe, Rusty Molnar and Bob Ott.

Top Producers Named

BETHANY BEACH — ResortQuest Real Estate® recently announced the May 2013 top producers for its southeast Sussex County locations.

Bill Hand of the Marketplace at Sea Colony office received top honors for listings the month of May.

Top listing volume awards for individual agents by office were Hand of the Marketplace office; Shannon Smith-Pantall of the West Fenwick office; Dayna Feher of the Bethany Beach office; and Tabatha Moore of the Bear Trap Dunes offices.  

Colleen Windrow of the Marketplace at Sea Colony office received top honors for sales volume for the month of May. Top sales volume awards for individual agents by office were Windrow of the Marketplace office; Marc Grimes of the Bear Trap Dunes office; Gail Phelan of the Edgewater Lobby/Sea Colony office; Linda Quasney of the West Fenwick office; and Dayna Feher of the Bethany Beach office.

New Tenants

SALISBURY — John McClellan, CCIM, Senior Advisor with Sperry Van Ness – Miller Commercial Real Estate in Salisbury, has announce two new leases at Mill Pond Village Plaza. McClellan represented the owner of Mill Pond Village in both lease transactions.

Miracle Ear, operating locally as Two Hearts Hearing Aid Centers, has relocated from inside the Sears Store in the Centre at Salisbury to Suite 701E. 

Banker’s Life and Casualty Company will be moving into Suite 601A.  The Chicago based company is new to the Salisbury area but has a 130-plus year history of helping individuals and families protect their financial security and prepare for retirement.
