Jeffers Panoramic Reading Chart Donated To Worcester Prep School
Students B3

The Jeffers Panoramic Reading Chart, created in Chicago in 1871 to help students learn how to read, was donated to Worcester Preparatory School by Mr. and Mrs. Roger Bollman of Easton. The Bollmans were eager for young students to see how children learned in the past.  Showing the antique learning tool, from left, are Maxine Ruggerio, Sebastian Munro, Frankie Miller and Carter Lehmane. The students show the manual for the antique and learn about the Jeffers Panoramic Chart by checking a photo of it on an iPad.
