March 23: Pillowcase Dress Ministry

1-5 p.m., St. Peters Lutheran Church, 103rd St., Coastal Hwy., O.C. Dresses are made from a single pillowcase in 5 steps and take about 30 minutes to complete. Finished dresses are donated to girls in East Timor, Dominican Republic and Haiti. Supplies needed are pillowcases, new or gently used, 1/2 inch wide elastic and extra wide double fold bias tape.
