Delmarva Education Foundation Holds Ribbon Cutting

The Delmarva Education Foundation held a ribbon cutting for its annual Scholarship Fair at The Centre at Salisbury on Jan. 12. More than 500 students from 20 high schools attended. Scholarship Fair spokesman Kaitlyn Austin, center, cut the ribbon opening the Scholarship Fair. Also on hand for the event were Salisbury Mayor Jim Ireton, Worcester County Commissioner President Bud Church and Maryland State Senators Rich Colburn and Jim Mathias; DEF board members Kat Harting, Jennifer Ranck and Virgil Shockley, also a Worcester County Commissioner; DEF Executive Director Rota Knott and college access advisors Linda Jagusiak and Dianne Johnson; and several volunteers and scholarship sponsors.
