Dec. 16: DWC Sharing Sunday

1-3 p.m., Ocean Pines South SIde, Fire Station. Sponsored by the Democratic Women’s Club of Worcester Co. Donations are collected on the third Sunday of each month and give to a local food pantry. Non-perishable food, paper goods and grocery cards are needed. For more information, 410-641-6683.

Gathering

5-7 p.m., Si’Culi Italian Restaurant, Berlin. Sponsored by the Friends of the Worcester County Commission for Women. The purpose of the Friends of the WCCW is to promote social, education, and economic equality for women in Worcester Co. Meeting is open to the public and a Friends’ Membership is $30, per year, $20, of which is a 510(c3) tax deductible donation to the McGuffey Literacy Project where volunteers present elementary school children with summer reading materials.
