    1. I see the case was investigated that is great. Just don’t understand why he would be granted any bail at all he certainly does not deserve bail at all.

    2. This is a start, however I feel that they need to add attempted murder on Ann Marie, Baby Ava and the State of Maryland! ANYTIME someone gets behind the wheel of a vehicle without forethought of the conciquinces that others will have to endure due to their own lack of responsibility; should should have to suffer a greater consequence than their victums!Heck in some countries he would be shot and the bill for the bullet would be mailed to the family. I bet if we started doing that folks would think before they acted!

    3. Granting bail to someone who has no respect for the law or other human beings is hard to understand, if this animal hurts someone else the District Court Judge who granted his bail should be disbarred and held responsible.

    4. How come this loser was granted bail? what is wrong with the legal system there? throw the book at the bum!

    5. Why was this person allowed to be FREE on bail???? What is wrong with the justice system? Do they not see what this person did was illegal, not only once, but several times? Absolutley disgusting!

    6. So glad he was charged, but feel he should be charged with attempted murder and should be made to pay all medical bill for this family…
