Guest speaker will be Carrie Kennedy, program manager for the Coastal Fisheries Program in  Fisheries Service at the Maryland Dept. of Natural Resources on Maryland’s fishing program, the 2011 flounder and black sea bass regulations and proposed regulations that wil affect coastal fishermen and coastal fishing license requirements.
