History Made At Community

MILLVILLE – Millville By The Sea, Delaware’s largest master planned new home community, has had a storybook year.

“No beach community has seen more people or sold more homes than Millville By the Sea,” said Brigit Taylor, community sales manager, in an announcement this week.

According to Taylor, Millville By The Sea successes for the year include 40 home sales in just the last five months as a result of a spectacular incentive programs; 44 homeowners and their families having already moved-in; Phase II opened this past summer, featuring the Pembroke Collection of larger lakefront estate homes; Beebe Medical purchased land for their South County Medical facility; iconic Mill House entry feature unveiled; and the first of many neighborhood pools opened Memorial Day weekend.

More to be thankful for is the thoughtful land plan that demonstrates extreme sensitivity to the environment and the community, with an on-going stream restoration program, an historic sewage infrastructure project completed and Sussex County’s first traffic roundabout, said Taylor.

2010 is shaping up to be even more successful with the unveiling of the feature community amenities, the start of the beach shuttle service and the introduction of a new section with highly anticipated new home styles, according to the developer.

“Despite all of the challenges of the global economy and the national real estate market, we are elated over the unmatched success of our project,” said development partner Mark Zduriencik.
