Women Supporting Women Introduces New Staff Members
BERLIN- Women Supporting Women Worcester County is pleased to announce the addition of two new staff members to their Berlin office.
Gretchen Kenemuth is joining the staff and will be in the office on Wednesdays and Thursdays. She and her husband, along with their two daughters live in the Berlin area.
Our other staff member is Betty Derry. Betty will be in the office on Mondays and Tuesdays. She resides in West Ocean City and has lived here for the past ten years. Many will remember Betty as the past Executive Director of the Downtown Association.

Insurance Firm Honors Top Producers
WILLARDS- Atlantic/Smith, Cropper & Deeley Insurance Brokers has announced Gary Waldych as the top producer for the month of February.
Waldych specializes in commercial lines insurance with an emphasis on condominiums, trucking, and contracting companies. He has been with the ASC&D since 1986. Gary and his wife Joni reside in Berlin, Maryland.
Meanwhile, Laura Deeley Bren, president of Atlantic/Smith, Cropper & Deeley, proudly presented an award to Rick Martelo for being Top Producer for 2007 at their Annual Awards Meeting earlier this year. In recognition of this award, A/SCD made a contribution to the Epilepsy Association of the Eastern Shore, on which Rick served on the general board and executive committee for many years.

Wimbrow Opening Appraisal Service
BERLIN- Maury Wimbrow recently announced the opening of Wimbrow Appraisal Service LLC.
Wimbrow has been a residential and commercial real estate appraiser on the Eastern Shore for over 15 years and has been involved in real estate for 25 years, serving the Maryland, Delaware and Virginia areas. Wimbrow is a Certified Residential Appraiser and a graduate of Salisbury State University. He is a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church and resides in Berlin with his wife Susan.

The Starfish Awards were presented to the Top Five Individuals and the Top Five Teams in Listing Volume, Sales Volume and Top Producers (combined Listings and Sales Volume).
The top five individual agents who were presented with Listing Volume Award for the calendar year of 2007 were Robert Kauffman, Bob Maxwell, Wayne Phillips and Steve Alexander. The Number One Listing Individual Award was presented to Marc Grimes with over $9.5 million listings sold.
The top five teams who were presented with the Listing Volume Awards for the calendar year of 2007 were Mike Conover Team; Team Dayna Feher; Team Timmons and Team Windrow/Nalewaik. The Number One Listing Team Award was presented to the Allison Stine Team with $14 million in listings sold. The Allison Stine Team consists of Allison Stine and Colleen Kellner.
