Bernadette Mary Webb

BERLIN – Bernadette Mary Webb, (nee Kosinski) age 73, died Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at Atlantic General Hospital in Berlin.

Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Andrew F. and Frances (nee Wawrzyniak) Kosinski. She was preceded in death by her husband George Edward Webb in 2003.

She is survived by a daughter, Karen A. Stillman of Paradise, Calif; a son Michael J. Kocur and his wife Colleen of Arnold, Md.; four grandchildren, Kelsey Kocur, Jennah Stillman, Eli Stillman and Mirra Stillman; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a nephew Scott Shaffer in 2004. Also surviving is a brother, Thomas Kosinski, and a sister, Barbara Shaffer, both of Baltimore. A sister, Theresa White, preceded her in death in 2005. In addition, she is survived by many beautiful friends in the Twelve Step Recovery Program.

Mrs. Webb had been a secretary and administrative assistant with Crown Cork and Seal in Baltimore. She had been a member of the Sinepuxent American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post #166 in Ocean City, AARP and the Twelve Step Recovery Program since 1992.

Evelyn Virginia Moss

BERLIN – Evelyn Virginia Moss, age 89, died Friday, July 20, 2007 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury.

Born in Martinsburg, W. Va., she was the daughter of the late Lemuel and Ella Grandstaff. She is survived by a son, Joseph T. Moss, of Newark; a daughter, Margaret Grinath, and her husband, Jack, of Pocomoke City; two grandchildren, Patricia L. Bair of Ocean City and Annette J. Delp of Churchville, Pa; and three great grandchildren, Jessica M. Bair, Chas Delp, and Frankie Delp.

Services and interment are private. Arrangements are by the Burbage Funeral Home in Berlin

Eunice Q. Hill-Robinson

BERLIN – Eunice Q. Hill-Robinson, 84, went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 20, 2007 after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born in Vicksburg, Mich. on May 28, 1923 to the late Marion and Margaret Moyer.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Harvey Bruce Hill, in 1978; her second husband, Vernon Robinson, in 2005 and her parents, three brothers and three sisters.

She married Vernon in 1985 and together they shared 20 happy years.

She is survived by one son, Dana Hill, and his wife, Debbie; four daughters, Kris Bushaw and her husband Bob, Jill Fudge and her husband Tony, Robyn Upham and her husband Lynn, Dee Reagan and her husband Steven; two stepchildren, Jane Banks and her husband, Craig, and John Robinson and his wife, Star; her "adopted" son, Dr. Sarad Baral of Pocomoke City; 16 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.

She was a member of Spence Baptist Church, a new member of the Red Hat Society and was an avid bowler her entire life. She loved her children and her dog, Sassy. She dedicated her life to being a wife and mother and she will be dearly missed.

A service was held. A further memorial service will be held on Wed., Aug. 29 at 5 p.m. at Ranchvale Baptist Church in Ranchville, N.M.

Clark Horner

TITUSVILLE, Fla. – Clark “Jack” Horner, 86, passed away at his home in Titusville on Tuesday, April 3, 2007. Originally of Wilmington, Del., he married June Hazelip of Baltimore in April 1944 and embarked on a 24-year career in the US Air Force.

He served as radio operator on B-25 aircraft in Trinidad during World War II. In the Air Force, he was involved in the Matador, BOMARC, and Thor missile programs. He retired in 1968 as a Chief Warrant Officer W-4 and moved to the Space Coast to join the space program team. He worked at the Cape for 17 years on the Apollo and Space Shuttle programs. As a young man, his avocation was as a lifeguard with the Ocean City Beach Patrol in Ocean City, Md. In 2003, he attended and OCBP reunion to renew friendships in this distinguished organization serving Maryland’s premier summer resort city since 1930.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, June; three children, Candice Watkins, Michael Horner and Col. Stephen Horner (US Army Retired); three grandchildren, John and Chris Watkins and Matthew Horner; and three great-grandchildren, Brandon, Grace and Jack Watkins.

Linda L. Bunting

SELBYVILLE – Linda L. Bunting, 56, died Friday, July 20, 2007 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury.

Born in Salisbury, she was the daughter of Helen Shockley Bradford and the late Atwood Bradford. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 38 years, Alfred C. Bunting III; her daughter, Tammy L. Bullis; her sons, Scott A. Bunting and Alfred C. Bunting IV; a brother, Woody D. Bradford; and five sisters, Peggy A. Dickerson, Brenda M. Bradford, Barbara H. Murphy, Karen J. Widgeon and Sandra D. McCabe. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Scott A. Bunting Jr., Tiffany L. Bunting, Samantha N. Bunting, Ashley N. Bullis, Virgil V. Bullis III, Cody A. Bunting and Tyler R. Bunting as well as several nieces and nephews.
